In 2019, Al Moasron Woven Plastic Bags marked a significant milestone in the company’s history. The establishment of this division was a momentous occasion, vividly recalled by Hadeel Abu Soufeh, who serves as the Manager of Al Moasron Woven Plastic Bags. As the youngest and sole woman in her family to lead a business, Hadeel, alongside her three brothers who manage other factories within the Al Moasron Group, embarked on this venture with enthusiasm and determination.
The inauguration of the factory was a memorable experience, with an electric atmosphere as the team stepped onto the factory floor, witnessing the machines coming to life. Hadeel, who is not only a woman but also a person with a disability, proudly took charge, symbolizing a commitment to diversity and inclusion within the family-run enterprise. The sound of production echoed through the air as women, men, and individuals with disabilities assumed their roles at the machines, marking the beginning of the production of pp yarns.
