Ventilated or breathable Power-Lift® is designed with ventilation strips along all sides. Woven, mesh and combination type constructions are made available in breathable fabric or polypropylene to serve the purpose of air circulation. These bags are used for the temporary storage and transportation of perishable goods such as agricultural products and are primarily used to carry potatoes, onions, carrots and a variety of other fruits and vegetables. They prevent temperature shock. The greater the difference between the transport temperature and the ambient temperature of the destination, the greater the degree of shock. Ventilated FIBCs can prevent this from happening.
